I agree - adults do throw the worst tantrums. However, that - like the rest - was listed as NOT a reason I didn't have children. The whole list, in fact, is called "These AREN'T the reasons I didn't have children."

And I would argue that having children isn't at all comparable to choosing to eat oatmeal or eggs for breakfast. One of society's problems (which many children get to suffer the consequences of) might be that our attitude toward creating and molding new life is that cavalier.
