I could swear the grand prize was $25k when they first announced. (But yes, do try! Why not? If nothing else, these contests are great writing calisthenics. I saw the Titanic contest posting with only two days left to write, entered, and didn’t win big but was a $50 finalist. Which covered the membership that’ll allow for more contest entries.)
