I really want big network TV journalists to act like journalists: invite Texas pro-creation politicians to an on-air interview, and ask questions like, "What do you say to the woman who's been raped and forcibly impregnated and who doesn't want that child?" | "What do you say to the child born into a home where he knows he's unwanted because his mother had no choice but to have him?" | "What do you say to the parent(s) who can't afford to clothe and feed a(nother) child?"

American journalists have no fear of lethal retribution, as they do in other countries, and yet they persist in pandering instead of asking real goddamn questions.
