Trad-wives (those currently trending in their promotion of "soft living") are a small group. Both men and women enjoy not being the one in control during sex, depending on the personality. And who's making the money is just that: who's making the money. Whatever couples agree to, as a couple, as partners and equals, is their business.

None of what you're saying necessarily excuses or explains the behavior of men who are incapable of seeing women as complex individuals rather than as a Stepford Stereotype to be dominated and controlled.
