Way too much focus on “don’t get raped,” which is hard to do if the rapist is someone you know/trust.
Men Can Stop Rape.org “MOBILIZE(s) MEN TO USE THEIR STRENGTH FOR CREATING CULTURES FREE FROM VIOLENCE, ESPECIALLY MEN'S VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS.”
(Sorry about the caps. They’re theirs!)
This doesn’t address attacks on trans people, female rapists, or male-on-male rape, but I wonder if it all simply boils down to power - and power + the view that female (which trans people could be seen as, either way, if you’re that kind of person, because you either were or are now “female”) equals an object to be utilized/abused.
